The Role
This isn’t a meeting-setting SDR role.
- You own your desk.
- You generate pipeline, run discovery, and move opportunities forward. Performance is measured on pipeline and revenue, not activity metrics.
You’ll be joining one of the

Your time goes where it should:
- Calling.
- Opening conversations.
- Building pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, cold calls, emails, texts etc
- Build \& manage your own pipeline
- Work closely with a strong NYC sales team
- Consistently generate qualified opportunities
Profile
This role suits someone who:
- Has 12\+ months outbound SDR experience
- Has worked in a startup or high-performance sales environment
- Is comfortable making 150\+ calls per day
- Understands how to turn cold outreach into real opportunities
- Wants ownership rather than micromanagement

Package
- $80,000 - $125,000 base salary - experience/sales accumen dependant
- $250,000\+ OTE (50/50 split)
- Uncapped commission - no ceiling on earnings
