Business Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager to support U.S. business planning, project tracking, management reporting, and selected PR-related work. This role will work closely with the U.S. leadership team, headquarters, aftersales, finance, legal, communications, and external partners. The role will also support business topics related to the Waymo project and U.S. service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. business strategy, planning, and market research.

• Prepare business reports, management presentations, and project updates.

• Track key projects, milestones, risks, and action items.

• Support coordination between the U.S. office and headquarters.

• Follow U.S. EV market, mobility, autonomous driving, and competitor trends.

• Support Waymo-related business reporting and internal coordination.

• Assist with PR-related work, including communication materials, event support, and external messaging.

• Work with global communications teams to keep messaging consistent.

• Support local operating rhythm and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• 5\+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, consulting, automotive, PR, or communications.

• Automotive, EV, mobility, or technology industry experience preferred.

• Strong business writing, presentation, and analysis skills.

• Able to work across different teams and cultures.

• Comfortable working with incomplete information and changing priorities.

• English fluency required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
