Job Description

THE BIGGEST NAME IN HOME. THE BOLDEST TEAM IN E-COMMERCE.

Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries — one of the most recognized home brands in the world. As the world's largest manufacturer of home furnishings and the largest furniture store brand in North America, Ashley is in a category unto itself. Our team sits at the intersection of world-class retail and digital innovation, driving the e-commerce experience for millions of customers across every platform and touchpoint. If you've shopped online for a mattress in the last decade, there's a good chance you've already experienced our award-winning Nectar Sleep and DreamCloud. We're a fast-moving, highly collaborative team operating at a transformational moment, and we're charged with shaping how people discover, explore, and buy home furnishings. Our expertise spans data science, performance marketing, product, and creative, and our work reaches millions of customers every day. It's a rare combination: the energy of a tech company, the stability of an industry leader, and the opportunity to build something truly significant. If you're energized by transformation, collaboration, and meaningful impact at scale, Ashley Digital is where ambition meets opportunity.

To be considered for this on-site opportunity, you must reside and be in commutable distance to Tampa, FL.

About the Role:

Ashley Digital is looking for a detail-oriented, analytically driven CRM Manager to own and execute the campaign program for Ashley Furniture, one of the largest furniture brands in the world. The CRM Manager (Campaigns) will be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing large-scale email and SMS campaigns, working closely with creative, merchandising, and product teams to bring the promotional calendar to life. This is a role for someone who is energized by building and improving, someone naturally curious about why a campaign performed the way it did. The Ashley CRM program is growing, and this person will play an active role in executing that growth, bringing sharp campaign instincts, platform expertise, creative problem-solving, and a testing mindset to a program that has real scale and real stakes.

This role sits within a collaborative CRM team structure that is on-site in our Tampa, FL Headquarters. You'll work alongside a peer who owns lifecycle journeys, and together you'll ensure campaigns and journeys are complementary and driving toward shared revenue and engagement goals.

This role reports to the Director, CRM.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the campaign CRM calendar: propose scheduling, segmentation strategy, and send cadence for email and SMS campaigns in support of the company's promotional calendar
  • Partner closely with creative, merchandising, and product teams to plan campaigns — writing briefs, reviewing creative, and providing feedback to ensure final outputs are on strategy
  • Build, QA, and deploy campaigns in Zeta; maintain hands-on platform expertise and bring working knowledge of modular HTML block-based email construction to support and guide the execution work
  • Run and recommend campaign tests within the established testing framework; analyze results, determine next steps, and propose the next best test
  • Pull and analyze campaign performance reports; go beyond the numbers to provide a point of view on why campaigns are working or not working
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and surface potential issues early, bringing forward practical solutions rather than just flagging problems
  • Manage projects and external resources with strong organizational discipline, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track across multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Collaborate with the journey-focused peer to ensure campaign and lifecycle sends are complementary and not working against each other
  • Ability to apply sound, independent judgment and discretion on matters of substantial importance to the company in performing duties, resolving complex problems, and interpreting policies and regulations

The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. You may be asked, from time to time and as reasonably required by business needs, to perform other duties consistent with your skills and role, including work for or on behalf of our related entities. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment and may be modified at any time, subject to applicable law.

Skills \& Qualifications:

Experience

  • 4\+ years of email and SMS marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC or retail
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise ESP (Zeta experience a plus)
  • Experience working with creative teams: writing briefs, giving feedback, and managing a production process

Technical \& Analytical

  • Solid understanding of HTML for email, including building or editing modular, block-based email templates
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results within an established testing framework
  • Strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM requirements and email industry best practices

Program \& Project Management

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once
  • Process-oriented and comfortable building or improving workflows and documentation to help the program run more efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize and move with urgency in a fast-paced environment

How You Work

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a decentralized team, while also being a collaborative thought partner to peers and leadership
  • Willing and able to work in-office Monday through Friday

Preferred

  • Experience managing direct reports, contractors, or freelancers
  • Bachelor's degree

What We Offer

(subject to eligibility requirements):

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Vision \& Dental Insurance
  • 401K
  • Generous Paid Time Off plus company holidays
  • Wellness benefits
  • Awesome product discount and company swag

Benefits are reviewed regularly and may be updated from time to time. Ask your recruiter for the latest details.
