Role Description

• Lead the supply chain function with a focus on commercial awareness and improving business metrics.
• Drive supply chain optimisation and efficiency improvements across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and procurement.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to improve performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand and supply planning — optimisation and continuous improvement.
• S\&OP mapping, documentation, and implementation across the supply chain.
• Logistics and procurement oversight.
• Conduct audits and map processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Skills \& Experience

• Deep knowledge of supply chain improvement and leadership capability.
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
• Expertise in improving forecast accuracy.
• Strong commercial awareness and business metrics understanding.

KPIs

• Inventory accuracy
• Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
• Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT)

About You

• Proven experience in demand and supply planning, including forecasting and supply alignment.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Leadership capability with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
