At Stepan, we’re in the middle of a major transformation-redesigning job architecture, enhancing incentive plans, and evolving our global compensation strategy. This role puts you at the center of it.

What you’ll do:

• Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles
• Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations
• Work hands-on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.)
• Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design

What we’re looking for:

• \~4\+ years in compensation
• Experience with

stock administration

• Strong Excel \+ analytical storytelling skills
• Someone who wants impact, not just execution

Pay Range: $86,000 - $116,000

The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
