Job Description

E. R. Snell Contractor is looking for an HRIS Analyst for the corporate office in Snellville. The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary administrator and support resource for the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures system integrity, facilitates process improvements, and supports HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and configuration management. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support including troubleshooting, user assistance, and system maintenance.
  • Administer system security, user roles, and configuration settings.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to assess needs and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Deliver training and documentation to end users to enhance system adoption.
  • Support full-cycle HR processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the integration of HRIS with other platforms (e.g., payroll, applicant tracking, background checks).
  • Participate in vendor management and escalate technical issues as needed.
