We are building a

competitive multiplayer mobile strategy game from scratch

, focused on

scalable gameplay systems, live-ops infrastructure, long-term player retention, and high-performance multiplayer architecture

.

We are looking for a

Senior Unity Game Developer

with strong experience in

multiplayer strategy games, scalable Unity architecture, PvP systems, and production-ready mobile game development

.

This is a senior-level role requiring both

deep technical expertise and strong system ownership

.

You will play a critical role in building the technical foundation of the game, including

combat systems, progression loops, economy systems, multiplayer integration, and live content pipelines

.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop

scalable, modular gameplay systems

for a multiplayer mobile strategy game

• Build and maintain

clean, production-ready Unity architecture

• Develop

combat systems, AI behaviors, progression systems, economy systems, and PvP gameplay loops

• Implement

alliance, leaderboard, matchmaking, and multiplayer gameplay systems

• Integrate

backend APIs, live-ops systems, analytics, and remote configuration

• Optimize performance for

Android and iOS

• Build reusable systems using

ScriptableObjects, Addressables, and modular pipelines

• Ensure maintainable and expandable

C# code architecture

• Collaborate closely with game designers, backend engineers, artists, and UI/UX teams
• Mentor junior and mid-level Unity developers
• Establish technical standards, workflows, and best practices
• Support live updates, events, and content rollout pipelines

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 5\+- years of professional Unity development experience
• Strong experience in

mobile multiplayer games

• Proven experience shipping at least

one live mobile game

• Deep expertise in

Unity and C# architecture

• Strong experience with

strategy / simulation gameplay systems

• Experience implementing

PvP systems and multiplayer gameplay

• Strong understanding of

AI systems, economy systems, and progression loops

• Strong mobile optimization experience:
• memory management
• draw call optimization
• profiling
• performance tuning
• Experience with:
• ScriptableObjects
• Addressables
• Asset Bundles
• Build pipelines
• Profiling tools
• Strong experience with

Git and production workflows

• Ability to work

on-site in UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

server-client multiplayer architecture

• Experience in

live-service mobile games

• Experience with

F2P monetization systems

• Experience integrating

analytics and remote config tools

• Previous leadership or technical lead experience
• Experience mentoring development teams
