GIMME is an Australian jewellery brand built around one simple idea: low effort, high impact.

Over the past few years, we've grown a loyal community of customers, been worn by celebrities (hello, Oprah) around the world and built a brand people genuinely love.

We're still a SMALL team, but we have BIG ambitions and we're on the hunt for a marketing \& content unicorn to spearhead the next stage of growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing \& Content Lead to become the founder's right hand across marketing, content and brand.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves both the creative and commercial side of ecommerce.

Ecommerce experience is essential.

We're looking for someone who understands how modern ecommerce brands grow and can connect great marketing with real business outcomes.

At GIMME, content sits at the centre of almost everything we do.

Product launches.

Campaigns.

Social media.

Email marketing.

Creator partnerships.

Paid advertising.

Community building.

It all starts with a great idea.

We're looking for someone who gets genuinely excited by cool and different marketing ideas.

The kind of person who saves ads, screenshots campaigns, follows brands they admire and is constantly collecting ideas and inspiration.

Someone who notices things and spots opportunity from a mile away.

Someone who sends a TikTok to a friend and says, "We should do this."

Someone who walks into work with a new content idea they thought of in the shower.

Working closely alongside the founder, you'll help shape how GIMME shows up across every customer touchpoint and play a key role in bringing campaigns, launches and content to life.

One hour might be spent brainstorming a campaign concept. The next could be briefing creators, reviewing email performance, planning a product launch, analysing content results or helping pack PR boxes for a major gifting moment.

No two days look the same.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn, contribute, take ownership and help build something special. We're not looking for someone who wants to stay in their lane. We're looking for someone passionate about building a globally recognised brand.

What You'll Be DoingContent \& Campaigns

  • Own and manage GIMME's content and campaign calendar
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table across content, campaigns and launches
  • Help turn big ideas into real-world execution
  • Lead content creation across social media, email, website and paid channels
  • Work closely with creators, influencers, agencies and the founder
  • Help plan and execute shoots, launches and brand campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for reactive content, trends and cultural moments
  • Review performance and use insights to continually improve results

Brand \& Marketing

  • Help shape how GIMME shows up across every customer touchpoint
  • Support major campaigns, launches and key sales periods
  • Write and oversee copy across email, social media, paid advertising and website content
  • Help maintain and evolve GIMME's brand identity and tone of voice
  • Stay curious about what's happening in marketing, social media and ecommerce

Ecommerce \& Growth

  • Work closely with the founder to align marketing activity with business goals
  • Support product launches and website merchandising
  • Work within Shopify and understand the customer journey from discovery through to purchase
  • Collaborate with external agency partners where necessary
  • Use data and insights to make smarter marketing decisions
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention and growth

Influencer, Community \& Partnerships

  • Manage creator and influencer relationships
  • Support gifting, PR and partnership opportunities
  • Help bring community events and activations to life
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, creators and brand partners

What We're Looking For

A few non-negotiables:

  • 3\+ years experience in a marketing, content or brand role
  • Strong ecommerce experience
  • Experience working within Shopify
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience creating, directing or briefing content
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Beyond that, the ideal person will:

  • Obsessed with marketing, content and consumer brands
  • Be naturally curious and always collecting ideas
  • Understand both the creative and commercial sides of marketing
  • Know the difference between content that gets likes and content that drives sales
  • Enjoy both strategy and execution
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Be proactive and take ownership
  • Enjoy working closely with a founder
  • Be willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed
