Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants, and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
- Support employee relations activities and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions, warning letters, and legal documentation as required.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance filings.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and processes.
- Support HR audits and ensure organizational compliance readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
