Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants, and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
  • Support employee relations activities and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee disciplinary actions, warning letters, and legal documentation as required.
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance filings.
  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and processes.
  • Support HR audits and ensure organizational compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
