Senior HR Business Partner \| Manufacturing

Are you an HR leader who enjoys being on the plant floor, partnering with operations, and influencing business decisions through data and people strategy?

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a

Senior HR Business Partner

to serve as a key member of the HR leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting operational leaders, driving employee engagement, improving workforce performance, and helping shape the overall employee experience.

What You'll Do:

✔ Partner directly with operations and plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals

✔ Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, attendance, and compensation trends to support strategic decision-making

✔ Lead employee relations efforts, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives

✔ Coach managers on leadership, employee development, policy application, and workplace issues

✔ Support workforce planning, recruiting strategies, retention efforts, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

✔ Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices

✔ Collaborate with Safety, Payroll, and Operations teams to create a high-performing workplace culture

What We're Looking For:

  • 7\+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or operational HR experience required
  • Strong employee relations and performance management background
  • Experience utilizing HR data and analytics to drive business decisions
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Paycom experience is a plus
