Duties

  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Manage website content through content management systems like WordPress, ensuring timely updates and optimization for SEO.
  • Develop compelling copy for digital ads, email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and landing pages that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Analyze web analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics reporting to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience enhancements to increase lead generation and sales.
  • Oversee website management tasks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript integration, and website performance monitoring via Google Tag Manager.
  • Coordinate social media management efforts by creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, and tracking key metrics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing workflows and nurture leads effectively.
  • Monitor paid search marketing efforts including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns using Google AdWords/Google Ads to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives to enhance online sales through targeted digital strategies.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase ROI.
  • Expertise in social media marketing including social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems with technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases, and website management tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords/Google Ads for campaign setup, tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to craft compelling copywriting tailored for digital audiences across various channels.
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategies utilizing automation platforms to nurture leads effectively.
  • Understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing strategies, performance marketing techniques, and web analytics reporting methods.
  • Experience with social media management tools for scheduling posts and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
