Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator who can take ownership of our content schedule while working directly with clients to capture and share their success stories. This role requires someone who can keep our informational content organized and on track, while also bringing creativity to produce fun, light-hearted content.

This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated to create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

What You'll Do:

Manage and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, and LinkedIn

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interaction

Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met

Proactively follow up with team members and clients to collect interviews, written content, and assets

Conduct audio/video interviews with clients to capture compelling success stories for video and written formats

Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and approvals for content

Format and publish weekly blog posts

Perform light video editing (primarily short-form content like reels/shorts)

Capture photos at seminars and in-office settings

Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Stay up to date with trends and viral content

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand

Strong understanding of content creation and current social media trends

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Reliable with deadlines and able to keep others accountable

Confident, personable, and comfortable interviewing clients

Creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging, informative, and fun content

Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail

Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
