Job Description:

• Manage strategic vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues
• Conduct regular performance reviews and proactively address performance gaps
• Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and collaboration
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Lead a regular cadence of meetings between internal business owners and vendors Financial Analysis Cost Management
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of vendor proposals, contracts and performance
• Perform cost/spend analysis ROI calculations and TCO Total Cost of Ownership assessments
• Collaborate with Finance to review vendor budgets track spend against budget and reconcile discrepancies
• Identify and implement cost savings initiatives through negotiation process improvements and alternative sourcing strategies Executive Communication
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports on vendor performance financial analysis and strategic initiatives
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership providing clear and concise updates on vendor-related activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization Complex Vendor Analysis Reporting
• Develop complex vendor analysis reports for senior leadership including financial analysis performance contract and risk management Contract Management
• Oversee the contract lifecycle for assigned vendors from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal
• Ensure that all contracts comply with enGen Global’s legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage contract amendments and modifications as needed
• Maintain a centralized repository of vendor contracts and related documentation Risk Management
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with vendor relationships o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor vendor compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements
• Proactively monitor risk and address performance and risk issues with vendors and business owners
• Manage and track SLAs ensuring vendors are delivering positive results
• Immediately address vendor risk and performance issues Process Improvement to Identify opportunities to streamline vendor management processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and implement best practices for vendor selection onboarding and performance monitoring
• Utilize data and analytics to track vendor performance and identify areas for improvement Reporting Compliance
• Develop and maintain vendor performance reports
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations Perform other duties as assigned
