Our Client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a fast-paced technology-focused environment. This role is instrumental in managing Opex, Capex, forecasting, and reporting, while driving standardization and automation across finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead P\&L, Opex, and Capex management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support month-end close cycles in partnership with finance teams and business stakeholders
• Deliver consolidated financial reporting, providing clear explanations of key drivers and variances
• Analyze financial trends to generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI) and executive presentations (PowerPoint)
• Perform finance system governance activities, including BPC administration and reporting oversight
• Partner with business leaders to manage budgets and optimize financial performance
• Manage and execute allocation processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) in collaboration with accounting teams
• Design and standardize templates and reporting frameworks (BPC, SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint)
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and automation
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance FP\&A tools (SAP BPC, SAC) and implement system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 4\+ years of experience in FP\&A, accounting, corporate finance, or similar roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and large data analysis
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization
• Knowledge of SAP BPC and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Exposure to Technology Finance environments
• Strong understanding of financial consolidations, reporting, and forecasting
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations
• Experience driving process improvements and change initiatives
