Role Summary

We’re seeking a Graphic Design Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and understands how to translate business objectives into polished, high-performing visual assets for our marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at clean, corporate design and can confidently own projects from concept through production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design corporate marketing assets including flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, banner ads, product matrices, business cards, email signature blocks, sales collateral, and event materials
• Design landing pages, email layouts, and digital assets in Hubspot and WordPress
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with strong attention to formatting, typography, layout, and compliance requirements
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and internal design systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals
• Organize assets with clear naming and version control

What You Bring

• 5\+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or other corporate environments)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, corporate design (not illustration-heavy or fine art-focused)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) and Canva
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design systems and conversion-focused design
• Ability to interpret business goals and translate them into effective visual communication
• Strong project management skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• High attention to detail—layout precision, typography, alignment, and brand consistency are second nature to you

Preferred

• UX/UI design experience
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar)
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or highly regulated industries
