My client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to sit across performance marketing and digital experience, ensuring paid media activity, onsite journeys and customer data all work together to deliver strong commercial outcomes. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer who enjoys connecting acquisition with onsite conversion and improving end-to-end performance.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising digital customer journeys across web and app, ensuring that traffic from paid search, paid social, display and affiliate channels is effectively converted. Working closely with CRO, UX, product and analytics teams, you’ll help identify friction points in the customer journey and drive improvements that increase engagement and conversion rates.
Alongside this, you’ll lead performance marketing activity across key paid channels, using insight and data to optimise campaigns, improve ROI and refine targeting strategies. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring tagging, tracking and analytics are accurate and actionable, working with GA4 and GTM to support better decision-making across the business.
Collaboration will be central to the role, particularly with internal product teams, external agencies and data specialists, ensuring digital activity is aligned and commercially effective. You’ll also provide insight-led reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping shape ongoing digital and media strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing or performance-focused roles, with hands-on exposure to paid media and a solid understanding of analytics and customer behaviour. You’ll be confident working across multiple stakeholders, commercially focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to connect acquisition and onsite experience will be key to success in this role.
