Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced
Tenant Improvement Superintendent
to oversee office and retail TI projects throughout the Los Angeles area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role with a well‑established commercial general contractor known for delivering high‑quality interiors work and maintaining strong relationships with repeat clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead field operations for
office and retail TI projects
, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety standards are met
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors, project managers, and building management
- Manage inspections, site logistics, and project documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Proactively identify issues and drive solutions to keep projects on track
What My Client Is Looking For
- 5\+ years of superintendent experience
with a strong focus on
tenant improvements
- Proven background in
office and retail TI
(demo, build‑backs, MEP coordination, finishes, turnovers)
- Ability to manage fast‑paced, multi‑phase projects in occupied or partially occupied environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
