Job Description
Plexus is partnering with a well-funded technology company building next-generation financial infrastructure. Working at the intersection of fintech and emerging technologies, they're developing products that are transforming how financial institutions operate.
They're looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering and business teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout delivery
- Analyze and improve business processes
- Support product testing and stakeholder communication
What We're Looking For
- 3\+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Background in fintech, financial services or a technology company
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience writing user stories and process documentation
- Exposure to Agile environments
