The
Senior Project Manager
(Sr. PM) plays a pivotal role in driving Collectivus’ 3-Year Strategy by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role oversees a portfolio of strategic projects aligned to company priorities. The Sr. PM ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining alignment to business goals and enabling measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Leadership: Own and manage one or more strategic portfolios of projects supporting Collectivus’ 3-Year Strategy and enterprise “Rocks.”
- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring outcomes are achieved.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with executives and functional leaders to translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps and project charters with clear KPIs and benefits.
- Budget \& Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and forecasts; track actuals vs. planned and proactively address variances.
- Governance \& Reporting: Uphold PMO standards and contribute to portfolio reporting dashboards, status updates, and risk/issue tracking across programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment between Technology, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business units to ensure shared ownership and smooth delivery.
- Change \& Risk Management: Identify dependencies, risks, and issues early; create mitigation plans and escalate effectively when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to advancing PMO maturity, standardizing processes, templates, and best practices for project intake, prioritization, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects (1,000\+ hours) and enterprise-level initiatives
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project portfolios and programs
- PMP certification preferred; Agile Scrum Master certification a plus
- Skilled in multiple methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
- Strong background leading SDLC/application development projects
- Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
