Job Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Lead to take full ownership of a fast-growing brand’s social presence and turn it into a powerful engine for community and demand.
This role centres on engaging a digital-native audience across TikTok and Instagram, creating content that drives discovery and excitement. You’ll shape and execute the social strategy end-to-end, balancing brand storytelling with community engagement and commercial impact. A key focus will be building a culturally relevant voice that feels authentic, relatable, and consistently aligned across all content.
Working closely with marketing, you’ll translate campaign plans into clear briefs and manage a structured, high-performing content calendar. You’ll lead content production, coordinating shoots and managing contributions from creators, freelancers, and ambassadors. Developing and nurturing an engaged ambassador network will be central to driving ongoing content and community growth. You’ll maintain high creative standards across all outputs, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and execution.
Performance tracking will play a key role, with responsibility for analysing engagement and refining strategy based on results. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, moves quickly, and knows how to turn social content into real impact.
