Responsibilities For The Financial Analyst Position

• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, expense tracking, and reconciliation of financial data
• Partner with accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business initiatives
• Analyze operating expenses and identify key drivers behind variances to plan and prior periods
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Support business leaders with headcount, expense tracking, and financial insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• 2\+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP\&A, or a data-driven environment
• Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems preferred
• Exposure to financial reporting and accounting processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and evolving business needs

Salary:

$75,000- $90,000 \+ Bonus\+ Excellent Benefits
