Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from subcontractor award through final turnover. This role partners closely with office staff and field Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all project activities alongside Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Manage submittals, shop drawings, and procurement of materials and equipment
- Oversee RFIs and drawing revisions throughout the construction process
- Monitor project costs, including change orders for both subcontractors and owners
- Coordinate with public and private utilities as needed
- Facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and key stakeholders
- Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project partners
- Manage punch list completion and project closeout documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3\+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project
