Role Description
This is a full-time remote role located in Dallas, TX for a Business Development Representative. Responsibilities include building and managing sales pipelines, identifying and generating leads, engaging healthcare organizations to understand their needs, and promoting solutions tailored to improve their revenue performance. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives, tracking sales activities, and providing regular reports on progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
