We are looking for a Senior Product manager to join the core team. You will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling the product architecture from the ground up.

The Mandate: 0-to-1 Scale

Reporting directly to the CPO you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical workstreams. The focus is on immediate delivery for the MVP while ensuring the platform is architected for future global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• MVP Execution:

Drive the product roadmap from its current late-stage development through to a successful market launch.

• Hands-on Craftsmanship:

Convert high-level strategic goals into meticulous PRDs, user stories, and technical requirements.

• Agile Leadership:

Work alongside a world-class engineering team to navigate technical trade-offs and maintain high velocity.

• Product Strategy:

Influence the long-term vision of the platform, moving beyond the MVP to define scalable features for a global user base.

The Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates are "builders" by nature - individuals who are frustrated by maintenance and thrive on creation.

• Proven 0-to-1 Experience:

Must have a track record of taking at least one Fintech product from concept to successful market launch.

• Startup Agility:

Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a stealth environment where the roadmap is shaped in real-time.

• Technical Acumen:

Ability to collaborate with senior engineers on complex system architecture and API-driven workflows.

• Resilience:

The grit to operate in a high-pressure, pre-launch environment while maintaining a focus on quality and scalability.
