Project Manager

Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Projects Manager for a leading Engineering and Technical Services Contractor in the water and wastewater treatment space. They are looking for a Seasoned project Manager who can manage a diverse range of design projects, both greenfield and brownfield in nature. The projects will be based in Dublin.

The Senior Project manager will report to the Technical Director, and manage a team of project managers and Project engineers on the delivery of critical projects up to the value of €40 Million.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a project team including design staff, project engineers and support staff across projects.
• Manage the reporting to clients on all aspects of the projects presently under way.
• Have responsibility for tracking the overall Programme of Works being carried out by the Projects Team.
• Support the Technical Director in the delivery of contracts objectives to the companies and client goals and objectives.
• Manage the day to day input of hours across the Project Team.
• Management and liaison with design teams in a multi-disciplinary environment, providing commercial and technical guidance.
• Effectively maintain and develop healthy client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project from commencement to project close-out.
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues.
• In-depth programme planning and scheduling of project deliverables and the development of resource loaded schedules for design and contract administration services.
• Drive and ensure consistent implementation of health, safety, quality and environmental procedures to the companies and client defined standards across all contracts.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate Degree in Engineering or related discipline, and Project Management qualifications.
• 5\+ years in industry (preferably in civil, water and wastewater), contracting experience including site supervision and design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of water and wastewater design and operational processes.
• Contract knowledge (FIDIC, NEC, Public Works).
• Estimating experience.
• Competent in use of Microsoft Project/Primavera programming software.
• Competent in use of BIM modelling software.
