Entry-Level Architectural Designer (Residential Focus, Northern California)

Responsibilities:

• Assist project teams in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
• Produce construction documents under supervision of senior staff.
• Support site analysis, code research, and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Contribute to design discussions, model-making, and digital renderings.
• Produce permit set \& coordination with city staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Interest in residential design and sustainable practices.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
