The Role

This is a high-impact, early-career role sitting within a central strategy and operations function, working directly with senior leadership. You’ll focus on how the business measures performance, identifies opportunities, and drives operational improvement.

This is not a traditional reporting or dashboarding role — it’s about using data and analysis to influence decisions and drive real change across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help define and track key business performance metrics tied to strategic priorities
• Analyze trends, identify drivers of performance, and highlight risks and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, product, and technology
• Deep dive into business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support leadership with structured insights and recommendations to guide decision-making
• Contribute to broader strategic initiatives across the business

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, or a similar field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think beyond surface-level insights
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and forming your own point of view
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly
• High attention to detail with a bias toward action
