Human Resources Generalist

📍 North of Dallas (Onsite)

💰 $65K–$80K w/ bonus

🏭 Monday–Friday \| Single shift facility.

Role reports to the VP of Operations.

This role is for someone coming out of a manufacturing or industrial environment who understands both the people side and operational pace of the floor. This is about supporting employees, and keeping HR running clean and consistent as the business scales.

🔧 What You’ll Actually Do:

• Run day-to-day HR operations across hourly and salaried employees (50 employees).
• Own payroll and benefits administration (Innova)
• Handle employee relations: investigations, discipline documentation, corrective action
• Drive onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain compliance, HR records, and support audits
• Build and improve HR processes as the company grows

🎯 Who This Is For:

• 3\+ years HR experience in manufacturing / industrial environment
• Hands-on with payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism
• Process-driven but able to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Someone who wants to build structure—not just maintain it
