Senior Compensation Analyst

Summary:
- Responsible for leading compensation analyses and related projects to ensure compensation programs are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Analyze survey results to make data-driven recommendations for the organization.
- Provide guidance and direction to leaders and TR partners on compensation policies, trends and best practices.
- Evaluate jobs and perform internal equity analysis for individual team members and groups of team members in identified jobs.
- Partner with TR and leadership in relation to compensation planning.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local wage laws and regulations.
- Supports annual compensation planning, merit cycles and incentive program reviews.
- Provides direction to Compensation Analysts, as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.
- Required Experience:
4\+ year's experience in compensation analysis.
Other Information:
- Expertise in compensation strategies, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership to support business needs.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies and market pricing.
- Ability to influence and work with leaders on compensation decisions. Knowledge of federal, state and local compensation regulations.
