The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a

Global Director of Engineering, Product Development \& Innovation

to step in and lead a dynamic product innovation group and high-growth vertical within their global business. Division HQ is Southern Wisconsin - with a footprint throughout North America and Europe. Hybrid with Travel.

Reporting into a Business Unit President this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:

New Product Development (NPD)

Product \& Process Excellence

Product Innovation \& Development Tools/Road mapping

Team Building and Management

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MBA a plus)
• 5\+ Years of Experience with Team Management
• Product Innovation Experience \& NPD
• Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership \& Drive Change
