- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract and aggregate multi-source data across Snowflake or BigQuery data warehouses
- Collaborate with analytics engineers to define requirements for underlying dbt models and ensure core data assets are structured for self-service analysis
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to diagnose performance anomalies, evaluate feature adoption, and uncover product optimization opportunities
- Partner with product managers to design rigorous A/B test experiments, define power analyses, and evaluate statistical significance of results
- Document data definitions, metric logic, and schema changes to maintain a reliable, centralized data dictionary for business stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in a dedicated data analyst, product analyst, or business intelligence role in a high-growth tech environment
- Advanced, production-grade SQL skills, including a deep understanding of window functions, complex joins, CTEs, and query optimization
- Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade visualization dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, sample size calculation, and linear regressions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience writing basic Python or R scripts for automated reporting, familiarity with dbt, or working knowledge of git workflows
