PRODUCTION CHEMIST

Position: Production Chemist

Location: Chandip (Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra)

Industry: Food \& Nutraceuticals

Experience: Fresher to 6 months of relevant experience

Salary / Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Roles \& Responsibility

Preparation and review the Batch Manufacturing Records. (MCC \& FOOD)

Training of Shop floor workers on existing Product introduction.

Maintain manufacturing area as per cGMP guidelines.

Co-ordinate with other related departments

Check required quantity of RM in store for Preparation of raw material dispenses ,BMR, Requisitions

Producting Activities Control \& Online BMR filing of Each stage - Mixing, Extrusion, spherodiser, FBD, Tray dryer, Coating Pan, Sifter, Milling,etc.

Ensure Cleaning of Machines ,RMG, Extrusion, spherodiser, FBD, Tray dryer, Coating Pan, Sifter,Milling, etc.

Give requisition to QC for in process testing ,finished product testing

Conceptualize and implement strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resources and capacity utilization.

Evaluate work center outputs and down times analysis of critical machines with in Quality Parameters.

Co-ordination with inter-departments like warehouses, Engineering , Quality Control and Quality assurance

Co-ordinate and ensure planned Preventive maintenance of Production equipments.

Maintaining product mfg related doc. like log book

Filing daily verification record i.e-temp \& RH Record, weighing balance verification, pestoflash, floor cleaning record.

Daily activity report

Preparation of SOP

Advanced Skills

Skills : Basic Knowledge of Oral Solid dosage form

Key Competencies: Documentation, BMR \& formats Log book
