We are a leader in employee benefits, serving organizations during their busiest time of year. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team. Your primary responsibility: market our benefits solutions and schedule appointments with decision-makers at companies seeking to improve their benefits offerings.

Position Highlights

  • 100% Remote. Work from anywhere with a strong internet connection—no office required.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Central U.S. Time; expect to align with U.S. business hours).
  • Provided Tools: Multi-level leads, robust CRM, and an auto-dialer.

What You’ll Do

  • Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals.
  • Prospect, qualify, and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.
  • Engage via phone (using a provided auto-dialer), email, and LinkedIn/social platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Track activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline growth.

Who You Are

  • At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required).
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments or qualified leads.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new sales tech.
  • Own a computer with Chrome browser and have reliable high-speed internet at home.
  • Resilient, professional, and growth-minded. We will provide ongoing training and professional development for the right candidate.

Compensation \& Benefits

  • Performance-Based Pay: Most high-performing SDRs earn $1,000–$4,000/week, with commissions and bonuses based on appointments set and sales pipeline performance.
