Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview

• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ephrata, Washington
• Fulltime hospital based IP/OP setting
• Pay range $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience
• Flexible $15,000 Career Bonus: You’ll earn up to $15,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development
• Housing stipend for the first 6 months for candidates that require relocation ($1k per month)
• Swallow evals in hospital (both bedside and with imaging)
• Will treat all populations, including pediatrics
• CCCs preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements

• Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
