Solutions Architect

to support their commercial team in designing and delivering technical solutions to customers.

You’ll act as the key technical partner in the pre-sales process - working closely with Sales to understand customer requirements, assess feasibility and design scalable solutions, particularly in edge and AI-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and define technical requirements
• Design scalable solutions across software, hardware, and edge deployments
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and proof of concepts
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on architecture, APIs and deployment
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar
• Background in AI, machine learning, computer vision, or IoT
• Experience with edge computing and distributed systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• Programming experience (Python or JavaScript)
• Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
