Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a local government organisation on an initial 3-4-month contract, with a strong intention to extend for a further 3 months.

What you'll be doing

Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, risks and dependencies

Engaging with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document functional and non‑functional requirements

Translating business needs into clear documentation to support system configuration and delivery

Supporting ERP or enterprise platform implementation activities

Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions

Ensuring project milestones are met within agreed timeframes

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst role

Strong project management capability combined with hands‑on business analysis skills

Experience working with enterprise platforms or ERP systems

Exposure to local government platforms such as TechnologyOne, Civica or ReadyTech will be highly regarded.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a broader project team.
