What You'll Do

  • Install structural steel at customer job sites throughout New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, Eastern Vermont, and Maine
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and steel erection work
  • Read measurements, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Safely operate welding equipment, torches, hand tools, and power tools
  • Support material handling, rigging, and installation activities
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements

Opportunities for All Skill LevelsApprentice Welders / Ironworkers

  • Basic welding knowledge, training, or certifications
  • Looking to develop hands-on field experience

Journeyman Welders / Ironworkers

  • Experience with structural steel, fit-up, fabrication, or production welding
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew

Experienced Tradespeople

  • Advanced welding and ironwork skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot field challenges and mentor others

What We're Looking For

  • Welding or ironwork experience (all levels welcome)
  • Ability to read measurements and work accurately
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to travel to project sites throughout New England
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
