Job Description
Inside Sales Representative (B2B)
Our client has an exciting career opportunity to join their team as their newest Inside Sales Rep. Experience in the building materials, A/E or MEP industries is ideal. Prior experience is required, as is strong professional polish. This is fully remote position.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Greet customers and create rapport
- Responsible closing deals and processing payments
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
- Create personal marketing plan
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative
- 3\+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C high volume inside sales
- Background check, required
- Possess excellent customer service skills
