) to own the email infrastructure, deliverability, and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ESPs, email authentication, IP/domain management, and email performance optimization, ensuring high inbox placement and reliable email delivery at scale

• esManage end-to-end email infrastructure and integrations with ESPs and CRM platform
• s.Configure and maintain email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• ).Manage dedicated/shared IPs, domain setup, IP/domain warm-up, and sender reputatio
• n.Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, and blacklist statu
• s.Implement strategies to improve inbox placement and reduce spam rate
• s.Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for ESP integrations, SMTP/API setup, and email automatio
• n.Troubleshoot email delivery issues and ensure compliance with email best practice
• s.Analyse deliverability metrics and recommend improvements to maximise engagemen

Requireme**

• nts4–8 years of experience in Email Marketing, MarTech, or Email Deliverabili
• ty.Hands-on experience with ESPs such as SparkPost, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or simil
• ar.Strong knowledge
