Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a

Business Analyst / Scrum Master

to be the execution backbone of PMO-led projects. This role is critical in ensuring requirement clarity, disciplined sprint execution, strong documentation ownership, and predictable delivery.

You will work closely with engineering and technical teams to drive daily execution while ensuring visibility, compliance, and structured delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements \& Documentation

• Lead requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, Acceptance Criteria)
• Own integration plans and support Design Acceptance Phase (DAP) sign-off
• Ensure requirements freeze discipline
• Maintain documentation in ClickUp / ClickUp Docs as per PMO standards

Scrum \& Execution

• Run daily Scrum ceremonies for assigned projects
• Break down WBS into sprint-ready tasks with estimates and owners
• Track daily progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks
• Drive alignment to sprint, weekly, and daily goals

Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers and tech leads to clarify scope and expectations
• Identify and manage dependencies proactively
• Prevent scope creep and ensure focus on committed work

PMO \& QMS Compliance

• Ensure all execution artefacts meet PMO and QMS standards
• Maintain RAID logs, documentation completeness, and time tracking
• Support audits and compliance reviews

Reporting \& Visibility

• Provide inputs for weekly reports, reviews, and PMO dashboards
• Ensure 100% task-level time tracking compliance in ClickUp

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master
• Experience in small to mid-sized tech startups preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – preferred
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional engineering teams
