Healthcare Data Solutions Architect
About the Role
We’re hiring a client-facing Healthcare Data Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales solution strategy across healthcare data, analytics, and technology offerings. This role sits at the intersection of data architecture, SaaS platforms, and consultative selling—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions for providers, health plans, and government agencies. You’ll play a critical role in complex sales cycles, translating healthcare data and technology challenges into compelling, actionable solutions that drive measurable business and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex solution design across value-based care, Medicaid, and population health
- Support sales pursuits including RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations
- Deliver platform demos and position solutions based on outcomes, not features
- Design data architectures across claims, clinical, and operational data (FHIR, HL7, APIs)
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Success
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare analytics, SaaS, or consulting
- Strong knowledge of value-based care and healthcare data ecosystems
- Familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, APIs)
- Proven ability to support complex, enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences

Pay range and compensation package
Base salary: $130,000–$170,000 \+ 15% bonus
Remote role with occasional travel to corporate offices
