Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for supporting franchise owners in achieving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards are met, and assisting in the development and execution of business plans. Day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance on operational management, facilitating business reviews, analyzing financial performance, and sharing best practices to drive growth within the franchises. Collaboration with franchisees to improve profitability and efficiency is a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Planning and Franchising to support franchise owners in creating and implementing successful strategies
• Expertise in Operations Management and P\&L Management to enhance performance and maintain financial health
• Strong skills in Management Consulting to provide actionable insights and drive improvements across franchise locations
• Proven ability to build relationships and offer hands-on support in a franchise or operations setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support diverse business owners
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in franchise systems or the food and beverage industry is highly advantageous
