Director of Product Management

Role Description

This full-time, remote Director of Product Management role at Água Mineral São Geraldo is responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy through execution and optimization. The Director will define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on data and business impact, and ensure alignment with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams (such as operations, marketing, sales, and finance), translating customer and market insights into clear requirements, and guiding product discovery and delivery. The Director will mentor and develop product managers, facilitate effective decision-making, and remove obstacles to ensure timely and high-quality releases. This role also involves monitoring product performance, running experiments, and using quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong product strategy and product management skills, including defining vision, roadmap, and requirements, and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret metrics, market trends, and customer insights.
• Proven team leadership and project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across distributed and remote teams.
• Experience in consumer products, FMCG, beverages, or a related industry is preferred.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
