Job Description
This role is not your typical HR Manager role. We are looking for a business partner to support the CFO and President. If you are looking for a role where you can make a difference and be involved in HR, payroll, and strategic processes, please respond with your resume.
What you can Expect:
- This position has tremendous visibility to senior management and will be instrumental in creating new processes.
- This individual will provide leadership and create a vision for the HR Department while working hands-on as a solo department.

What you will do:
- Manage all HR functions.
- Create and implement updated processes and procedures.
- Oversee ADP biweekly payroll.
- Develop, expand, and maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Administer all benefit programs.
- Ensure a positive people first culture.
- Ensure HR strategies and policies remain updated.
- Manage compensation and employee relations items.
What you will have:
- B.S. in HR or related
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP is a plus
- Progressive, well-rounded HR experience
- The knowledge and confidence to provide ideas and create the department
- Prior payroll experience
