Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care across specialties. The role emphasizes patient-centered communication, preventive care, and health education for individuals and families. You'll work closely with physicians, behavioral health, and ancillary services to ensure seamless, coordinated care and strong patient relationships throughout the Denver metro community.
