Job Mission

As the Senior Marketing Manager for a new premium B2C brand, you are the strategic

lead responsible for taking a visionary brand from inception to global scale. Your

mission is to architect a brand identity that resonates with the world’s most discerning

design connoisseurs. You will lead the strategy, campaign orchestration, and international

market entry, ensuring that the brand is positioned as a benchmark for contemporary luxury

and Italian-inspired design excellence across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Strategy: Define and evolve the long-term brand architecture, value

proposition, and positioning. You will ensure the brand remains consistent yet

culturally relevant as it scales into different international markets.

  • Strategic Launch and Scaling: Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the global

brand launch and subsequent market entries. This includes defining target segments,

pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, and distribution channel support.

  • High Impact Campaign Orchestration: Design and execute large scale, integrated

marketing campaigns that build deep brand equity. You will manage the full

campaign lifecycle, from high level conceptualization to global execution, ensuring

digital and physical touchpoints are perfectly synchronized.

  • International Market Development: Identify and prioritize new market

opportunities, particularly in Europe and the GCC. You will develop market entry

playbooks that adapt the global vision to local nuances without compromising brand

integrity.

  • Aesthetic and Creative Leadership: Partner closely with the Creative Director to

ensure every piece of content, from cinematic brand films to premium showroom

experiences, upholds the highest standards of luxury and design.

  • Growth and Performance Oversight: While focused on brand, you are highly

analytical. You will oversee the marketing budget and track high level KPIs, including

brand sentiment, market share, and lead generation quality to ensure healthy

growth.

  • Stakeholder and Agency Management: Lead relationships with top tier global

agencies and internal specialists (Digital, PR, Creative) to ensure a unified and

powerful brand voice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: You have 12\+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a

senior strategic leadership role. You have a proven track record of managing a

brand’s growth from a regional player to a global contender.

  • Industry Background: You must come from a premium or luxury background.

Experience in premium brands, high end interior design, luxury automotive, or

high fashion is essential. You understand the codes of luxury and how to market to

high-net-worth individuals.

  • Strategic Visionary: You are a master of brand strategy. You can look at a blank

canvas and build a complex, multi-year roadmap for brand dominance.

  • Global Mindset: You have direct experience in international marketing, with a deep

understanding of European and Middle Eastern consumer behaviours and design

sensibilities.

  • Campaign Architect: You have led multi-channel campaigns that moved the needle

on brand awareness and prestige. You know how to tell a story that lasts.

  • Key Attributes: You are a critical thinker, a sophisticated communicator, and a

decisive leader who thrives in high stakes, design led environments.
