R&D Manger

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overseas beverage R\&D teams, overseeing product development timelines, ingredient and material iteration, and market-specific localization.
• Integrate cross-functional and cross-regional resources, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive projects to execution in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Monitor global and regional industry trends, including beverage innovations, emerging ingredients, and related equipment, to deliver products with strong brand differentiation.
• Lead localization and upgrading of beverage products based on consumer insights, dietary cultures, and regulatory requirements across different overseas markets.
• Conduct in-depth research on development elements, including raw material sourcing, ingredient exploration, and competitive benchmarking, and develop product proposals aligned with overall company strategy.

Requirements

• Strong passion for HEYTEA, with solid understanding of the brand and its products.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages; additional language capabilities are a plus.
• Extensive overseas work or project experience, with strong familiarity with international beverage trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, international teams.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, able to maintain sound judgment in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• High enthusiasm for beverage and food innovation, combining creativity with strong execution skills.
