Your Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Madison area)

What You'll Do

• Install siding, windows, and doors according to company standards and procedures.
• Produce high-quality work with careful attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional presence on-site.
• Keep current with construction techniques, tools, and materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Coordinate daily work with the crew and keep homeowners informed.
• Lead and assist the on-site carpentry crew.
• Provide daily job progress updates to the supervisor.
• Assign tasks to keep work moving efficiently and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to six years of carpentry experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
