Summary Of The Job
Join us as our IT Portfolio Vendor Management Sr. Analyst and strengthen our technology
vendor operations. This role focuses on implementing effective day-to-day vendor
management processes that ensure service delivery, maintain compliance, and drive
operational excellence across our IT ecosystem. You'll be the key point of contact for
vendor activities, ensuring our technology partnerships consistently deliver value while
adhering to necessary controls.
About This Role
Your Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive vendor lifecycle management processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Conduct thorough vendor due diligence and risk assessments according to established frameworks
- Track and report on vendor compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate vendor documentation, including assessments and vendor data
- Implement standardized vendor management workflows and operational
procedures
- Document and track vendor issues, ensuring timely resolution through appropriate channels
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, risk status, and operational metrics for stakeholders
- Maintain vendor management systems with current and accurate information

Required Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
- 3\+ years hands-on experience in vendor management or third-party oversight
- Experience with vendor onboarding, risk monitoring, and compliance verification
- Working knowledge of vendor risk assessment processes and documentation requirements
- Demonstrated ability to track and report on vendor metrics and risk indicators
- Experience using vendor management tools and documentation systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with vendor management platforms such as Process Unity
and workflow platforms such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with financial services vendor requirements and regulations
- Experience maintaining vendor data repositories and management systems
- Background in IT operations or service delivery
- Knowledge of vendor engagement and third-party risk models
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662\.00-$134,741\.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
