Roles \& Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for lending, aligned with business goals
- Own the
end-to-end user journey
(pre \& post disbursal: application → approval → disbursal → repayment → closure)
- Drive
customer experience
across all touchpoints and enable Customer Support teams with tools and workflows
- Build and optimize
product funnels (acquisition → activation → retention)
through continuous experimentation
- Identify product improvements and innovate within lending workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with
Engineering, Risk, Business, Ops, Finance, Design
- Define and track
key metrics
(conversion, drop-offs, NPS, TAT), and drive data-backed decisions
Skills \& Expertise
- 3–4 years of Product Management experience (
1–2 years in lending/fintech/banking preferred
)
- Strong understanding of
lending lifecycle
(KYC, underwriting, disbursal, collections, repayments)
- Experience with
backend systems, APIs, or web products
- Solid grasp of
risk, finance, and basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in
metrics, experimentation, and problem-solving
- Proven ownership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a
fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in
Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Finance/accounting exposure is a plus
