Own and scale Groww’s lending products, driving end-to-end user journeys, business impact, and customer experience across app and web.

Roles \& Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for lending, aligned with business goals
  • Own the

end-to-end user journey

(pre \& post disbursal: application → approval → disbursal → repayment → closure)

  • Drive

customer experience

across all touchpoints and enable Customer Support teams with tools and workflows

  • Build and optimize

product funnels (acquisition → activation → retention)

through continuous experimentation

  • Identify product improvements and innovate within lending workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with

Engineering, Risk, Business, Ops, Finance, Design

  • Define and track

key metrics

(conversion, drop-offs, NPS, TAT), and drive data-backed decisions

Skills \& Expertise

  • 3–4 years of Product Management experience (

1–2 years in lending/fintech/banking preferred

)

  • Strong understanding of

lending lifecycle

(KYC, underwriting, disbursal, collections, repayments)

  • Experience with

backend systems, APIs, or web products

  • Solid grasp of

risk, finance, and basic accounting principles

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in

metrics, experimentation, and problem-solving

  • Proven ownership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a

fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Finance/accounting exposure is a plus
